Return and Refund Policy 

Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. There are two cases as follows: 

Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Customer Dissatisfaction: If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refund Timeframe: The refund will take approximately 7 days to process.

Refund Method*: The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used for the original purchase.
